The Role
As an Optical Advisor, you will support the delivery of an exceptional patient experience, assisting with frame styling, dispensing support, and day-to-day practice operations. You will work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team, ensuring every patient receives a high level of care and attention.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting dispensing
- Assisting patients with frame selection
- Taking measurements and adjustments
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Supporting the daily running of the practice
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in optics preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
