Job Description

A brand-new opportunity to join a specialist orthodontic practice in London. Our client is renowned for a patient-centered approach, high-quality treatment planning, and modern orthodontic techniques. Following a period of growth and success, they are now seeking a Business Development & Performance Manager to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Performance: Maximise building and treatment room capacity, working towards 100% occupancy. Manage costs and proactively identify, recommend, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Maintain practice debt at acceptable levels.
  • Growth and Development: Plan and execute patient marketing initiatives and open events. Organise and run three group-wide business development events to attract new GDPs, strengthen existing relationships, and increase patient numbers. Regularly monitor referrals and visits from GDPs. Track Associate productivity and identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure all areas of practice compliance are complete, accurate, signed, and regularly updated.
  • Leadership: Lead line managers and team leaders to efficiently manage day-to-day operations and maintain high staff morale. Conduct regular team meetings, team-building activities, and social events. Recruit, train, and ensure adequate coverage for all staff positions during absences.
  • NHS Performance: Actively manage, monitor, and ensure 100% delivery of NHS contractual UOA targets in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Highlight risks or concerns and propose actionable solutions to the Operations Manager or Business Manager. Ensure weekly NHS claim entries are accurate and EDI-ready.
