Project Manager

Salary: £55000 – £65000 | Location: London, United Kingdom | Type: Permanent

About the Role

Founded in 1895, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] has grown to become one of the foremost social science universities in the world. The [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Estates Division is responsible for developing and delivering the Estates Strategy. The Project Manager will lead the briefing, design, procurement and delivery of refurbishment, fit‑out and long‑term maintenance projects, typically up to £5 million in value, while supporting senior colleagues on major projects ranging from £20 million to £200 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects up to £5 million
  • Support major projects from £20 million to £200 million
  • Manage complex programmes across campus and residential estate
  • Ensure projects delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality, safety and sustainability standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven track record planning and delivering projects in the £0.5 million to £5 million range
  • Experience in client-side or consultant project management role
  • Experience with refurbishment, reconfiguration and fit-out projects in a live urban campus environment
