About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], Europe's largest arts centre, is looking for a Technical Services Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and security systems. This critical role ensures all infrastructure meets professional standards, statutory compliance, and supports the Centre's mission and visitor safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for all MEP services and integrated security systems (Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Turbonet, CCTV).
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintenance protocols.
- Support major events, capital projects, and long-term operational strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in managing building technical services, particularly MEP and security systems.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety standards.
