The role involves collaborating to develop and maintain software tools, writing clean code, debugging, and implementing new technologies. Requires at least 2 years of desktop development experience with C#, Java, or C++ and knowledge of 2D/3D geometry and trigonometry. Familiarity with MFC and OpenGL is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team to develop and maintain 3D design and CNC machining software tools
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Debug and resolve issues as they arise
- Continuously research and implement new technologies to improve the development process and final product
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and provide project updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of desktop software development experience
- Experience with a suitable language such as C++, C#, or Java
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D geometry in the context of computer graphics, trigonometry, and algebra
- Practical knowledge of the MFC application framework and OpenGL is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Desirable Skills
- Experience with C++ programming
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
- Experience in software development for CNC machines or related industries
