SHEQ Consultant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced SHEQ Consultant to provide comprehensive consultancy support to clients, focusing on health, safety, environment, and quality management systems. The role involves developing and implementing ISO-compliant systems, conducting audits, and building client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive consultancy support service to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] clients.
- Effectively manage and develop relationships with key existing and new consultancy clients.
- Build and develop additional opportunities within existing client base.
- Design and implement HSEQ management systems tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and audits to identify non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ISO certification.
- Guide clients through certification process, liaising with certification bodies.
- Perform advisory capacity in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop integrated Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental procedures.
- Develop SHEQ action plans targeting highest risk areas.
- Work with clients to achieve ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 certification.
Qualifications
- Possession of recognised qualifications i.e. NEBOSH, Member of IOSH, or relevant degree.
- Internal Auditor in QSE.
- Recognised Training qualification.
