Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

  • Produce high-quality, SEO-informed content across formats, including blogs, long-form articles, and landing pages
  • Edit and QA content to ensure accuracy, clarity, tone of voice, and alignment with client guidelines
  • Provide clear, constructive editorial feedback to maintain and elevate content quality

Ideation, Briefing & Content Planning

  • Support content ideation and topic development in collaboration with SEO and strategy teams
  • Create clear, actionable content briefs to enable efficient and consistent execution
  • Help translate content strategies into practical writing and editing tasks

Content Organization & Delivery Monitoring

  • Track content production across accounts, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Support content workflow organization, documentation, and process improvements
  • Act as a point of continuity across content projects, helping reduce bottlenecks and rework

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with SEO teams to ensure content aligns with keyword and performance goals
  • Collaborate with account teams to support client objectives and delivery timelines
  • Contribute editorial insight and structure to internal discussions and planning

AI Integration & Process Innovation

  • Champion the experimentation and integration of AI tools (e.g., generative AI, summarizers, quality reviewers) into content workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to automate content briefs, topic research, and QA.
  • Stay current on AI trends in digital content and recommend best practices to internal stakeholders.

Role Requirements

You Must Have

  • A 3-year degree from an internationally-recognized university, or international equivalent.
  • 4+ years’ experience as a content writer and editor (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong editorial judgement and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience working with content briefs, processes and delivery tracking
  • Confident working across multiple accounts and priorities
  • Comfortable collaborating with SEO, strategy, and account teams

Desired Requirements

  • Background in journalism or copywriting
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope, etc.)
  • Experience in improving or documenting content processes
  • Exposure to AI-assisted content tools for research, drafting or QA
