Receptionist (Front of House)

The Role
- Greeting all visitors in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
- Managing the main switchboard, answering and directing calls efficiently
- Maintaining a high standard of front-of-house presentation
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception
- Representing the firm’s values through excellent customer service
About You
- Experience in a front-of-house role (hospitality or professional services preferred)
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills and a professional manner
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Calm under pressure, with a resilient and flexible “can do” attitude
- High levels of integrity, energy, and reliability
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, and comfortable using modern telephone systems
Customer service training or experience is highly desirable.
