Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who will reflect our goals and aspirations. The ideal candidate should possess excellence in organisation, communication, and attentiveness in numeracy. Your main role is to keep the office well organised and productive, supporting both clients and staff in the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities in the office.
  • Address client enquiries and schedule meetings.
  • Provide admin support to staff.
  • Assist with basic financial processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality in documents.
  • Enforce organisation in the office space.
  • Coordinate projects and enforce deadlines.
  • Model regulatory compliance amongst staff.
  • Communicate effectively within the department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or relevant degree.
  • Solid administrative experience, preferably with financial or advisory firms.

  • Proficiency in MS and other office admin software.
  • Above-average writing and communication skills.
  • Attentiveness to detail and inclination toward accuracy.
  • Can effectively work within a team.
  • Confidential and professional in handling documents.
  • Proactive in addressing office and other issues.
  • Able to handle basic financial processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
