About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and driven Paid Social Manager to manage campaigns and client relationships across a slate of live entertainment accounts. You'll bring solid hands-on experience in paid social — particularly Meta — and a proactive approach to campaign performance. This is a full-time role; qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We work on a hybrid model: generally, the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] team works 4 days per week onsite and 1 day at home.
What Success Looks Like:
- Campaigns are accurately tracked, launched to best practice, and consistently delivering against client objectives.
- Clients feel supported and confident, with a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact on paid social.
- Performance opportunities are identified and flagged proactively, with a willingness to act on them.
- Media strategy and campaign creative are well-aligned, through close collaboration with account and creative teams.
- You are growing your platform knowledge and channel expertise, and contributing positively to the team around you.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the setup and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Support campaign structure, audience strategy, creative rotation and budget allocation across multiple accounts
- Ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, launched to best practice, and delivering against client objectives
- Identify performance opportunities and flag them proactively, acting on them with curiosity and initiative
- Monitor and interpret key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and conversion rate
- Make optimisation decisions and communicate their rationale clearly to your team and clients
- Build an understanding of what good looks like for each client and work to consistently meet that bar
- Contribute to post-campaign analysis and quarterly reviews
- Support client relationships, acting as a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact on paid social
- Collaborate with account and creative teams to ensure media strategy and campaign creative are aligned
- Communicate performance clearly — in writing and in person — to both internal teams and clients
- Stay current on platform developments, new formats, and emerging best practice
- Contribute to a high standard of paid social work across the agency
We're Looking for Someone With:
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and at least one other major platform
- The ability to manage multiple accounts independently and to a high standard
- A comfort owning client relationships and presenting performance to non-technical audiences
- A data-literate mindset — able to interpret results, draw clear conclusions, and make recommendations
- A genuine interest in live entertainment, culture, or the arts is a plus but not a requirement
- A clear, direct communication style and a collaborative approach to getting things done
Salary & Benefits
£35,000 - £45,000 a year. Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding.
