Neighbourhood Coordinator

Job Purpose

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a Neighbourhood Coordinator, who will lead and organise activities to tackle the disadvantages faced by Bangladeshi Men since Covid-19. Deliver a support programme to reduce isolation and boost confidence for those facing loneliness, mental stress and suffering from grief. Create opportunities to gain soft skills, get involved in volunteering opportunities and enjoy life for the most disadvantaged Bangladeshi Men.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Background in Community Work with extensive knowledge of barriers faced by Bangladeshi Men.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, administrative skills and fully competent on Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Lead activities, deliver support programme, create volunteering opportunities.

Salary & Benefits

Hourly Rate: £20.00 | Hours: 7 per week | Salary: £7,280 | Fixed Term until March 2025.
