FLT Driver/ Material Handler / Production support
Harlow, Temp to Perm, Warehouse and Distribution
Job Description
Responsible for the safe and efficient movement of heavy metal products, such as plates, beams, pipes or coils using a forklift.
- High paced heavy industrial environment
- Safely loading and unloading and transporting heavy metal components within the workshop or yard.
- Feeding raw materials to machines, cutting, bending and processing. Moving finished components to the despatch area
- Operating counterbalance forklift in a busy confined environment
- Stock management, organising steel stock and assisting with cycle counts
- Performing daily pre use safety checks on the forklift and adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
