Technology Adoption Specialist

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Technology Adoption Specialist for the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] programme, delivered by [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] (L&P). This full-time, hybrid role is based in London with a salary of £54,000 - £56,000 per year.

Key Tasks

  • Act as primary contact for SMEs in the Made Smarter London Adoption Programme.
  • Build strong client relationships and understand business needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of ~30+ London-based SME manufacturers.
  • Assess client readiness for digital transformation and develop tailored IDT roadmaps.
  • Deliver specialist advice on digital technologies and implementation.
  • Proactively engage with small manufacturing and engineering businesses across London.
  • Represent the programme at industry events and liaise with networks.
  • Coordinate site visits and remote consultations, monitor progress, and track activities in CRM.

You’ll have/bring

  • Proven experience in advising or implementing IDT solutions in manufacturing/engineering.
  • Track record working with SMEs and understanding operational challenges.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of IDTs: Data Analytics, AR/VR, Systems Integration, Additive Manufacturing, Cybersecurity, AI, etc.
  • Degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing, digital technology or related field.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and project management skills.
