Group FP&A Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Group FP&A Manager to provide high-quality financial insight, forecasting and performance analysis across the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading Group forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning, owning end-to-end forecasts across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
  • Delivering clear, robust financial insight including variance analysis, scenario modelling and performance commentary
  • Partnering with SLT and senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions, identify risks and uncover opportunities for performance improvement
  • Owning monthly performance reporting cycles, ensuring timely, accurate and insightful reporting at both Group and business unit level
  • Developing and maintaining financial models, dashboards and KPI frameworks aligned to strategic objectives
  • Supporting cost, productivity and working capital improvements through targeted, operationally focused analysis
  • Preparing board-level materials, clearly communicating financial drivers, risks and opportunities
  • Acting as FP&A lead on strategic initiatives, including transformation projects and M&A activity
  • Driving continuous improvement across FP&A processes, tools, data quality and ways of working
  • Building financial capability and commercial awareness across the wider business

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles within a complex or multi-site organisation. You are confident working with senior stakeholders, comfortable challenging assumptions, and skilled at translating data into insight that drives action. Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food or supply chain–led environments is highly desirable, alongside strong modelling capability and a continuous improvement mindset.
