[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a proactive and commercially engaged QSR Account Manager (Internal Sales) to own and develop relationships with key Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and developing assigned QSR customer accounts, acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact
- Delivering tailored customer solutions by building a strong understanding of individual QSR requirements
- Managing all customer orders, enquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring same-day turnaround where possible
- Driving account growth by identifying and converting sales opportunities, increasing product uptake and supporting new listings
- Maintaining high levels of customer engagement through proactive communication and effective diary management
- Setting, tracking and delivering agreed account targets aligned to company KPIs, budgets and commercial priorities
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support accurate forecasting, demand planning and service delivery
- Proactively identifying risks and escalating potential service or commercial issues to prevent disruption
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service performance, efficiency and margin protection
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring experience in internal sales, account management or customer-facing commercial roles, ideally within B2B, foodservice or high-volume environments. You are highly organised, customer-focused and commercially aware, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving QSR setting.
An understanding of pricing, margin, service metrics and order management systems is essential, alongside strong communication and problem-solving skills.
