Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the company’s system, maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
  • Process Improvement: Take charge of the administration function, suggesting process improvements and bringing fresh ideas to enhance team efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with the Senior Underwriter, gaining valuable autonomy while making a significant impact on the department’s day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Good GCSE’s including Maths & English, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex tasks with confidence.
  • Curiosity & Initiative: A passion for learning, a curious mindset, and a willingness to take ownership of your role and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Numerical Skills: Strong proficiency in working with numbers and spreadsheets, with the ability to navigate and support in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You’ll need to build and maintain strong relationships with the London underwriting and broker community, so excellent communication skills are a must.
