About [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]

Hi, we’re [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] - we’re on a mission to help everyone save enough to be comfortable in later life! There’s over a trillion pounds in UK pensions, but the industry is full of traditional providers with outdated products and poor customer service. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is dragging the pension industry out of the dark ages with a platform built on modern technology. We’re demystifying pensions to make pension saving easy, accessible and engaging. We’re a focused team of 50 builders across London and Tallinn, backed by some of the most successful FinTech investors in the world. We’ve raised over £20 million in funding and are on track for profitability in the next 12 months. We manage over £650m of pensions for more than 90,000 savers and thousands of businesses, and we’re growing rapidly every month. Our team is focused on building an amazing pension experience for our customers. As one of our first 50 employees, you’ll have a say in defining our culture and uncapped opportunities for progression and learning.

The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, customer-centric CRM Manager to take our customer and prospect comms strategy to the next level, helping us nurture and retain customers while also driving acquisition and long-term business growth. You’ll own and execute our CRM strategy across both B2C and B2B audiences. This includes designing automated campaigns that enhance customer experience, drive engagement, and increase customer lifetime value. You'll also develop and manage our contact strategy for B2B prospects – employers and intermediaries (accountants) – using targeted CRM initiatives to convert leads into customers. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll have complete ownership of our CRM channels, including email and push communications, while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Data teams. If you love blending data, creativity, and automation to build best-in-class lifecycle marketing programs – we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and evolve [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s CRM strategy, ensuring our customer and prospect journeys are engaging and personalised – driving key business objectives. Manage and execute email and push notification campaigns, including content creation and deployment. Analyse campaign performance and generate insights that improve our CRM efforts and broader marketing strategy.
  • Optimise customer and prospect segmentation to serve the right message, to the right audience, at the right time, via the right channel.
  • Develop automated lifecycle campaigns that improve customer engagement, activation, retention, and conversion.
  • Build and execute lead nurture programs for our B2B audience, focusing on employers and intermediaries (accountants), ensuring that prospects receive timely, relevant, and value-driven content to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics and segmentation to deliver hyper-relevant, timely communications.
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing, ensuring we continually refine our messaging, creative, and delivery strategies to maximise impact.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer and prospect experience.

About You

  • Drive and enthusiasm for FinTech / Tech, our mission at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], and the hard work that comes with building something from nothing into a multi-billion pound business. Humble, low-ego and able to get on with anyone whether they’re within marketing or across our other departments.
  • 2+ years CRM experience, ideally in a high-growth environment with a focus on automated lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing. Expertise in email marketing and CRM strategies, with a strong understanding of customer retention and acquisition tactics.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and ESPs (HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, or similar), and data management platforms. Experience in marketing and lead nurturing strategies, particularly within SaaS, FinTech, or similar industries. Up to date on email and CRM best practices, with knowledge of compliance (GDPR, deliverability, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of A/B testing, performance tracking, and campaign optimisation. Commercially aware – you should have an understanding of key business concepts, such as Customer Acquisition Cost CAC, and the ability to participate in discussions about business growth and marketing ROI.
  • Creative eye and a passion for crafting engaging, personalised experiences.
