Job Description

This opportunity sits within a premium, patient-focused practice that has recently undergone investment and development. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice, leading a small team and ensuring smooth operations while maintaining consistently high standards of customer care. You will be responsible for overseeing dispensing, supporting team members, and ensuring patients receive a professional and personalised experience.

This position would suit a qualified Dispensing Optician with a strong track record, or someone ready to step into a management role. Commercial awareness, attention to detail, and an interest in optical fashion and premium products are important, alongside the ability to lead by example within a close-knit team.
