Flame Health’s Optometry Division is working with a long-established and highly respected independent optical practice to recruit an Optometrist to join their experienced team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a practice with decades of heritage, known for delivering a more personalised and professional service than typical high street environments. The practice places a strong emphasis on allowing clinicians the time needed to provide truly patient-focused care, ensuring every individual feels valued and understood.

The Role

As an Optometrist, you will carry out comprehensive eye examinations with a strong focus on communication, patient education, and clinical excellence. You will be given the time to fully explain findings, discuss outcomes, and utilise advanced diagnostic tools such as OCT and widefield imaging to support your clinical decisions.

You will work closely with a highly skilled dispensing team in a relaxed, well-organised environment designed to prioritise quality over volume. The role offers a 4.5-day working week with no late evenings, supporting a strong work-life balance.
