Job Description

The Role
- Full-time position including Saturdays (no Sundays)
- Deliver excellent customer service and patient care
- Support the dispensing team and day-to-day running of the practice
- Work in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience within optics (or similar environment)
- Previous experience within a multiple practice setting is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable, team-focused, and proactive approach
