The Opportunity
As an Optometrist, you will play a key role in delivering excellent clinical care and ensuring a seamless patient journey from consultation through to aftercare.
You will work closely with the practice team, contributing to both clinical delivery and the smooth running of a busy community optical environment.
This is a varied role combining high-quality eye examinations, strong patient interaction, and collaborative team working.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering thorough and professional eye examinations, ensuring every patient receives clear, confident, and high-quality clinical care.
You will take time to understand patient needs, build strong relationships, and provide tailored optical solutions focused on long-term eye health.
You will also support the wider team in maintaining excellent service standards, efficiency, and patient satisfaction across the practice.
Candidate Requirements
- Fully qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist eligible to practice in the UK
- MECS accreditation is advantageous
- Confident working in a busy community optical setting
- Strong clinical standards and patient-first approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability and strong team ethic
- Availability to work Saturdays
