Addiction therapist – full time
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced addiction therapist. Salary: £30,968 to £36,000 per annum. Location: [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], West Linton, Edinburgh, UK.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Biopsychosocial admissions assessment
- Individualised treatment planning
- Facilitation group, individual therapy, and family therapy
- Continuing care teletherapy
- Other forms of therapy and weekend shift rota
- Coordinate all aspects of therapeutic care for patients, including follow-up with referral sources
Requirements
Level 3 Therapist: Registered member of an accrediting body (AP, COSCA, BACP and BABCP) and working towards accreditation. Competency evaluated & can carry a full caseload – following an induction period. Supported towards accreditation.
Level 4 Specialist Therapist: Must be accredited with AP (NCAC), or BACP, BABCP, COSCA, (or registered with UKCP or HCPC), or recognised equivalent. Specialist training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, gambling, sex addiction, eating disorders.
