Management Accountant

We’re seeking an ACCA/CIMA-qualified Management Accountant to lead Group Reporting and confidently partner with senior stakeholders, combining attention to detail with clear, strategic insight.
What you will be working on
- Produce timely and accurate consolidated management accounts across multiple entities
- Deliver detailed variance analysis with clear, actionable insights
- Own and continuously improve Group Reporting processes
- Partner with stakeholders across the business, providing financial guidance and challenge
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial systems and processes
- Improving processes and performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
What you will bring to the role
- ACCA / CIMA qualified Management Accountant
- Extensive experience in Group Reporting, including consolidated accounts
- Ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent financial analysis and variance investigation skills
- Advanced Excel skills for modelling, reporting, and analysis
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
