Quality Assurance Supervisor

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting a Quality Assurance Supervisor to play a critical role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards. This is a roaming role supporting continuous improvement across all our sites.

  • Salary: £46,000 to £50,000 plus car allowance and benefits

What you’ll do

  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits across construction sites nationwide
  • Perform physical inspections to verify adherence to design and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Design, and Production teams to resolve quality issues
  • Deliver training packages to operations teams and supply chain
  • Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
  • Monitor pre-handover inspections to ensure defect reduction targets are met
  • Contribute to the development of internal SOPs and QA processes

  • Quality Standards Knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 14001
  • Construction Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes and technical requirements
  • Auditing & Inspection Skills: Ability to perform compliance audits and inspections effectively
  • Tech Savvy: ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), OpenSpace, and Office 365
  • Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Communication & Leadership: Confident, clear communicator with authority to enforce standards
