About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager, to own our core marketing processes, with a focus on lead lifecycle governance (especially MQL/SQL consistency), marketing data management (collection, enrichment, hygiene), and the marketing-to-SDR handoff and SLA implementation across multiple go-to-market motions.

You will sit within the marketing team, working closely with the VP of Marketing, and will be managed by the Director of Demand Generation. This role is essential for cross-functional analysis and will collaborate frequently with RevOps, SDR leadership, Marketing leadership, and Field Marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lifecycle Governance and Process Ownership – Own and standardize lead lifecycle definitions, partner with Demand Gen, RevOps, and SDR leadership, maintain governance for lifecycle changes.
  • Marketing-to-SDR Handoff, SLAs, and Compliance – Own end-to-end handoff, implement SLAs including 12-hour speed-to-lead SLA, build operational agreements.
  • Marketing Data Management – Own data quality, ensure consistent data capture, partner with RevOps on HubSpot-to-Salesforce data flow.
  • Systems, Standards, and Reporting – Own HubSpot ops foundation, coordinate with web resources, serve as analytical engine for marketing.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in B2B (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise (required)
  • Proven experience defining MQL/SQL and lifecycle governance
  • Experience implementing marketing-to-SDR handoffs and SLA monitoring
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations
  • Analytical and process-driven
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
