RevOps Specialist

We are looking for a process architect with a Product Management and AI-first mindset to bring Agile methodology, sprint discipline, and iterative improvement to our Revenue Operations.

What will I be doing?

  • Agile Project Management & Sprint Planning – Run RevOps like a Product Team: Break down strategic projects into executable user stories and tasks suitable for 2-week sprints. Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Maintain a prioritized backlog of improvements and fixes.
  • Process Design & Documentation – Design and document scalable revenue processes (lead-to-cash, invoicing, renewals, compensation). Create and maintain RevOps "Product Documentation" in Notion.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering – Act as primary interface between stakeholders and technical team. Gather business needs and translate into technical user stories and specifications for Salesforce Admins.
  • AI Strategy & GTM Efficiency – Leverage AI tools to automate administrative friction. Champion AI adoption across Sales and CS. Evaluate tech stack to maximize native AI capabilities.

What do I need to bring?

  • 5-7 years experience in Revenue Operations, Product Management, or Business Systems Analysis in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Comfortable using Generative AI to accelerate workflows.
  • Proven track record of mapping complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Skilled communicator who speaks Business, Tech, and Product.
  • Proficiency in Notion highly preferred.
