About the Role

Are You Organised, Detail-Oriented, and Ready for a New Challenge? Do You Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment? Can You Make a Difference in Our Supply Chain Operations? We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Administrator with ambition for a progressive career in supply chain management.

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring that all tasks are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Your role will include processing purchase documentation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for efficient delivery, maintaining up-to-date supply planning data, and supporting general tasks that keep our supply chain planning running smoothly. Your timeliness and attention to detail will play a vital role in managing accuracy.

Hours of Work: Full-time, fixed roster Sun to Thurs or Tues to Sat, office-based role working 8am to 5pm

Supply Chain Administrator Requirements

  • Educated to NQF level 4 in an academic or relevant vocational discipline.
  • A Degree or master’s in supply chain / logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with data entry experience.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
