Senior Property Manager

£28,500 – £32,500 DOE + Uncapped Commission & Bonus

The Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining compliance, and delivering outstanding service across your portfolio.

  • Managing productivity, efficiency, and client retention
  • Overseeing compliance, projects, and implementing new processes
  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service across your portfolio
  • Acting as a role model for communication within the branch and wider business
  • Contributing to team discussions and company growth strategies
  • Taking ownership of your personal development and progression

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone driven, organised, and eager to grow within a successful agency.

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in property with a desire to progress
  • Working towards (or willing to obtain) a Residential Lettings qualification
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team
  • Excellent customer service and client care experience
  • Resilient, positive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, email, and systems)

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (Flexibility available)
