Counsellors on Placement provide emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 4-18 in [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] partner schools. As an organisation that has adopted the BACP ethical framework, counsellors are dedicated to improving mental health.

• [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] provides high-level support through regular supervision, tailored training workshops, and a well-recognised clinical placement.
• Comprehensive induction programme; clinical supervision at end of each day.
• Available for a minimum of one day per week for one-to-one counselling with up to 3 children.
• Placements are term-time only for one academic year; opportunities to stay beyond.
• Optional workshops for CPD.
• Clinical hours accepted towards professional accreditation (BACP, UKCP).
• A placement is an excellent stepping stone; over ⅔ of clinical staff were once Counsellors on Placement at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
• Places available in primary and secondary schools nationwide.

You will be a fully qualified Counsellor, Therapist or studying towards one of these professions at Diploma (Level 4+) or Degree/MSc/MA level.
