[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Postgraduate Diploma Programme Lead to co-lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Postgraduate Diploma programme. This is a part-time, permanent role (14 hours/week, Tuesdays and some Wednesdays/Thursdays) based in London with hybrid working.

Together we can change children’s lives. At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we believe every child should have easy access to mental health support. We are seeking a committed individual to provide academic, clinical and operational leadership for the Postgraduate Diploma programme.

  • Provide academic, clinical and operational leadership for the Postgraduate Diploma programme.
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate teaching, tutorials and assessments.
  • Lead on student support, clinical assurance, complaints and suitability processes.
  • Recruit, supervise, mentor and develop Programme Tutors and Trainers.
  • Work closely with Programme Managers and Coordinators.
  • Represent and promote [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] internally and externally.

What You Will Need

  • A Level 7 qualification (Postgraduate Diploma or Master’s) in counselling or psychotherapy.
  • Current or recent clinical practice with children and young people (minimum 2 years in school settings).
  • BACP Accredited or UKCP/HCPC registered.
  • Experience delivering counselling or psychotherapy training.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary theory and research.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
