Salary: Basic salary from £23,000 dependant on experience + commission package. OTE £35,000 - £50,000 per year

The Role

You will be at the forefront of our business, gaining invaluable insights from experienced professionals. Your Responsibilities as a Property Consultant

  • Making a minimum of 150 calls to our existing database to build a robust pipeline of future business for yourself and your branch.
  • Actively expand our local market share by building new relationships with potential vendors and landlords, promoting [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and explaining the benefits of choosing us as their agent.
  • Proactively generate new data, targeting properties entering or already present in the market with other agents, utilising resources such as the land registry, social media platforms like LinkedIn, and targeted marketing methods, including individual direct messages, to connect with prospective clients.
  • Consistently prospect for new leads, actively expanding our client database and ensuring a continuous flow of potential business.

Your Skills and Experience

  • You demonstrate a keen interest in developing your expertise and advancing your career.

  • You are highly motivated, and your desire to continuously exceed expectations drives your performance.
  • You can reliably commute to SE11 5JH five days a week.
