The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our top-performing Lettings team at Royal Wharf. With an average of 30+ available flats, this role offers significant earning potential for driven individuals. Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator

  • Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties.
  • Manage the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover.
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • ARLA qualified (desirable).
  • Valid driving licence (essential).
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
  • Self-motivation and exceptional organisation skills.
