FULL DESCRIPTION
Senior International Consultant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a highly capable, client-focused Senior International Consultant to independently manage sophisticated portfolios, drive onboarding excellence, and build strong relationships with clients and global service providers.
Location: London, UK
Key Accountabilities
- Host client scoping calls and manage proposals for a mixture of standard and complex jurisdictional portfolios.
- Conduct detailed fee analysis for new proposals, ensuring accurate pipeline management and system updates (e.g., Monday.com).
- Act as the main point of contact for an allocated client portfolio throughout the proposal and establishment phases.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, gathering documentation, liaising with LSPs, and ensuring all systems are set up timely.
- Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) and billing control for assigned clients, understanding client contracts and scope.
- Pull WIP exports from NAV to set up billing workbooks and assist with billing reporting and reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit annual compliance timetables to the Manager for review.
- Review LSP Letters of Engagement (LOEs) for accuracy, fees, and terms, and analyse fees to maximise [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] margin.
- Conduct proactive quarterly care calls with key LSPs, including minute-taking and follow-up on issue resolution.
- Assist with the review of LSP due diligence documentation for onboarding new service providers.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of Master Service Agreements (MSA) with new service providers and Global Framework Agreements (GFA) with clients.
- Arrange updates of MSA’s and GFA’s with LSPs and clients as required by the business.
- Leverage [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s software platform to monitor all ongoing filings, ensuring timely completion ahead of statutory deadlines.
- Manage ad-hoc changes for clients during the setup phase, suggesting potential solutions and escalating larger issues.
- Approve LSP invoices for assigned clients, querying discrepancies as needed.
- Gather information for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] AML reviews and identify opportunities to improve internal processes/operations.
- Document step-by-step guides for in-country setup procedures.
- Assist with ongoing development of software to be utilised for secure document exchange between LSPs and clients and ongoing task tracking.
Knowledge & Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in client onboarding, compliance coordination or financial management.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Background in billing, WIP management and financial analysis.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, colleagues and Service Providers.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages desirable.
- Degree in finance, business administration, accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., NAV).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, FLOW).
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support junior team members.
