About the Role

We provide Handyman Services to a stunning luxury development in one of Wembley’s most exciting up-and-coming areas based in Greater London, England. We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, reliable team player to provide frontline handyman services for our contract in Wembley, HA9.

Hours of Work

Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 08:00am – 16:00pm. Total 24 hours per week.

Duties

  • Basic repairs and fixings.
  • Changing light bulbs.
  • Basic plumbing, toilets, sinks with plugs, showers etc.
  • Ad-hoc gardening (e.g. weed killer spraying).
  • Repairs inside apartments such as wardrobes etc.
  • Reporting non conformances to Operation Manager.
  • Daily safety checks.
  • Litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, painting.
  • Expert customer service, handling feedback, serving as main point of contact.

Requirements

  • Ensuring all working equipment is working properly.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong relationships.
  • Track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely.
  • Skilled in handling feedback.
  • A passion for customer care.
  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment.
  • Account for previous 5 years.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in customer facing environments.
  • Flexible for covering additional shifts.
  • Enthusiasm and motivation.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Data management and strong record keeping skills.
