Job Description
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a values based modern security services company. We provide Fire Warden/Waking Watch Services to four buildings consisting of residential property spaces operating in North London, England. We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, reliable team player to provide frontline Fire Warden for our contract in North London N4.
Working Hours
- Monday: 09:00-21:00
- Tuesday: 09:00-21:00
- Wednesday: 09:00-21:00
- Thursday: 09:00-21:00
- Friday: 09:00-21:00
- Total: 60 hours per week
Duties
- Making sure everyone evacuates the building safely and timely.
- Visual searches to ensure no one is left inside.
- Monitoring fire safety through checks of escape routes, fire exits, and equipment.
- Ensuring people can hear fire alarms.
- Assisting with fire risk assessment and emergency plan.
- Giving fire briefings and supporting drills.
- Reporting faults and unsafe practices.
Requirements
- In-date SIA license.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality or corporate security.
- Flexible for additional shifts.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Data management and record keeping.
