Commercial Cleaner Peckham, London SE15

Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising, waste management, and incident reporting. Requires previous cleaning experience and strong communication skills. Salary £11.44 per hour. Duties

  • Vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping of the communal areas, including hallways, stairwells, elevators, toilets and bathrooms.
  • Dusting and wiping all surface areas.
  • Sanitising all public touchpoints.
  • Waste management.
  • Incident reporting as and when required.

Requirements

  • A great attitude & ability to work using initiative.
  • Previous experience as a cleaner.
  • Strong communication skills & customer service skills.
  • Presentable personal appearance.
  • A passion for customer care and a sensitivity to clients' needs.
  • Experience in a customer facing environment.
  • Ability to offer flexibility in working hours including provision of out of hours support in an emergency if required.
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to be a performance-driven team player.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a willingness to work flexibly and to tight deadlines.
  • Data management and strong record keeping skills.
