Job Description
We are seeking a professional, confident, and customer-focused Door Supervisor to join our team and work at our client's high-end restaurant in Mayfair.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a seamless welcome experience
- Maintain a calm and safe environment for all patrons and staff
- Monitor entry and exit points to ensure access control
- Handle any incidents or disturbances discreetly and efficiently
- Liaise with management where necessary
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, with a polite and professional manner
- Experience working in high-end hospitality or similar environments is preferred
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
