Salary: £29,777 - £33,024 per annum (OLOL Band 5, Scale points 19-24)

Hours: 37 hours per week, all year round

About the Role

Are you an enthusiastic, energetic faith leader with a passion for working with children and young people? Supporting the Catholic Life and Collective Worship of each of the school communities, you will help our young people explore and engage with their faith. You will report directly to the Headteachers of our schools and work with the Lead Lay Chaplain of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] in fulfilling the Trust’s vision for lay chaplaincy provision. Experience in education or youth ministry would be an advantage.

The St Brigid Hub is a dedicated and compassionate family of schools serving central Lincoln. St Peter and Paul’s (Secondary) and its 2 neighbouring primaries are part of the Lincoln deanery, and we are looking to expand Chaplaincy Provision to support these schools and help them to work in partnership to support their young people. This is a reserved post which means that applicants must be practising a Catholic with a strong faith commitment.

  • Hold or be working towards an appropriate level 4 or higher qualification.
