Job Description
Maintain high standards of cleanliness at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
Main Responsibilities
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop designated areas, empty and wash all bins.
- Carry out deep clean and detailed tasks as required and/or requested.
- Clean, stock and supply designated facilities (e.g. Toilets).
- Ensure adequate supplies of cleaning materials are maintained, stored correctly, and COSHH guidelines adhered to.
- Notify line manager of any deficiencies or repairs required.
- Any other reasonable task requested by line manager.
- Adhere to all current health and safety regulations, undertaking relevant training as required.
Experience and Qualifications
No specific qualifications or experience required. General skills needed:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with parishioners and other users of the building.
- Physical ability to carry out the role.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- A positive and approachable manner.
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality standards of work.
- Good attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the parish groups/hall hires as well as embrace new ideas and processes.
