Job Description

We have an exciting brand-new role available covering the South Lincolnshire area, based out of Boston. The role of Deanery Administration Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, actioning and aligning with the daily administrative operations of collective parishes within a designated geographical area. Responsible for undertaking administrative duties individually and as part of the wider team, aligning with our parish administrators, you will ensure delivery of efficient, effective, and professional administration within the Deanery, ensuring good governance, and compliance.
Requirements
- Advanced skills in administration and Microsoft Office 365
- A passion for leading and working collaboratively

Additional Information
Based: The role is office based at Boston, with travel required to multiple parish locations in the South Lincolnshire Deanery.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility required, including some evening and weekend commitments.
