Administration Assistant: St Anthony, Calverton & Good Shepherd, Woodthorpe
The Good Shepherd Parish, Woodthorpe, Nottingham seeks an Administration Assistant to support the Administration Suite during the merger with St. Anthony's Church. Duties include being a welcoming first point of contact, using IT skills, maintaining filing systems, and supporting finance, maintenance, and Assembly Rooms hire. Hours: 12 per week (Mon & Wed, 9am-3pm). Salary: £12 per hour (Real Living Wage). Employer: Trustees of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
Responsibilities
- Being a welcoming first point of call either in person, telephone, or email.
- Use of IT skills sufficient to maintain an efficient Administration Suite.
- Create and maintain paper filing systems.
- Support the current Administrative Manager and other departments of the Parish (i.e. Finance, Maintenance, Assembly Rooms hire etc.).

- Hours: 12 per week, Monday & Wednesday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Office: Based at The Good Shepherd Parish Administration Suite either in the Main Office or Assembly Rooms Annex.
- Salary: £12 per hour ([Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is the Employer and uses the Real Living Wage)
- Probation: 3-month probationary period.
