Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries via phone, in-app chat, and email. This is a permanent part-time role with a fixed shift pattern: Friday 4pm-8pm & Saturday 12pm-8pm (11.5 hours per week). The role is 100% office-based in Farnborough.
What You Need to Join
- Transferable customer service skills from contact centre, financial services, retail, or hospitality
- High standard of written and verbal English
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems whilst verbally guiding customers
- Passion for building rapport and delivering a fantastic experience
Training and Support
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] provides concentrated training (6-10 weeks) to build knowledge and system navigation skills. Regular training and opportunities for certified qualifications are also offered.
