The Division

The Employment division comprises over 110 fee earners and, as the UK's leading supplier of employment law services to employers in the health and social care sectors, carries out work for over 150 NHS and private healthcare bodies throughout the UK, alongside clients in police, housing, local government and all our other major sectors. The Role and Responsibilities

The Employment and Pensions Division are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate to be based in our Exeter office. The role will involve working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, EDI, whistleblowing, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios.
