About the Team

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] has an established team doing defendant clinical negligence work nationally on behalf of both NHS Trusts and GPs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team delivering this work in London or Leeds and developing existing relationships with health care organisations.

The Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and ambitious Associate / Senior Associate to join our highly regarded clinical negligence team. The successful candidate will be expected to have litigation experience and be able to demonstrate an interest in defendant clinical negligence work as well as understanding the needs of our client base. The role will involve managing a caseload of claims on instructions from NHS Resolution and potentially assisting other members of the team on higher value or complex claims involving maximum severity injuries.
