What we are looking for
- Engagement Skills: Ability to engage learners and support their ambitions.
- Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives.
- Academic Background: Degree in a Relevant Teaching Subject, equivalent for SEN (desirable).
- Core Teaching Qualifications: QTS/QTLS or willingness to work towards it.
- Experience: Worked in a school environment, secondary school preferred.
- Teaching Subjects: English, Maths, and Science proficiency (grade 4/C or higher).
- Knowledge: Understanding of alternative provision and special needs.
- Problem-Solving and Communication skills.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
- Time Management for planning, delivery, and assessment.

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] – Wolverhampton we support approximately 15 pupils on roll, providing a nurturing environment for those reintegrating into mainstream settings. The team includes a Head of School, three teachers, and two support staff.
