Creative Concept 3D Designer | Senior 3D Generalist
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a Specialist in Festival Scenography & Brand Activations. A highly adaptable 3D Designer with a deep background in event design, recognised for a ‘creative flair’ that translates complex briefs into immersive physical realities.
Technical & Creative Expertise
- Multimodal Software Workflow: Advanced proficiency in Blender for high-fidelity rendering; expert use of Sketchup for rapid environmental prototyping; AutoCAD/BricsCAD for technical layouts; Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) for compositing.
- Event Scenography & Brand Strategy: Versatile design instincts for festival design and brand activations; strong visualisation with concept art and mood boards.
- Commercial & Project Leadership: Experience costing projects from £30K to £1M; presentation excellence to stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Technical Fabrication: Specialised in sculpting and CNC files, bridging 3D model to physical build in the Denton studio.
- Collaborative Design: Working under the Design Manager to evolve briefs into visual solutions.
- Time Management: Juggling multiple high-value projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
