Apprenticeship Support Officer

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is looking for an Apprenticeship Support Officer to join our Apprenticeships team at the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on a full time permanent basis. The role pays from H19 £27,284.00 up to H22 £29,987.00 which will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised individual who is driven to support young people and make a real impact behind the scenes of successful apprenticeship programmes.

  • Support apprentices and employers while ensuring off the job training hours are accurately tracked, compliant and audit ready.
  • Work closely with Skills Coaches and delivery teams to keep learners on track, motivated, and fully supported throughout their journey.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, monitor attendance for both apprenticeship programmes and functional skills, and produce timely reports for employers.
  • Act as a key point of contact, confidently handling queries from apprentices, employers, and parents or carers.
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple systems using Microsoft Office, Google and Canva.
  • Support enrolment and respond to safeguarding concerns with care.
