About the role

We are looking for Full-Stack engineers to develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our product suite.

Your general responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining the front-ends for our platform and products, built on top of our cutting-edge voice models and used by millions of users.
• High degrees of ownership: shipping end-to-end features across front and back ends, and helping set direction.
• Collaborating closely with Engineering, Growth and Sales teams to design solutions.

Specific responsibilities might include:

• Improving existing products for intuitive, powerful UX with latest research breakthroughs.
• Designing clean, intuitive, functional user interfaces for millions of users and largest enterprises.
• Working with internal teams and customers to gather feedback and design improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with Web Development using TypeScript/React
• Familiarity with common software and system design patterns including APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage solutions, data structures
• Interest in UI/UX design

We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we seek enthusiastic software engineers who can showcase solving hard problems with past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions.

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
