Preconstruction Measurement Surveyor

Upon successfully joining [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will deliver both Early-Stage Cost Plan Quantities and Stage 4 Bills of Quantities, on time, and to the highest quality.

Our range of projects cover but are not limited to education, healthcare, defence, commercial, leisure and blue light sector work, with construction costs typically between £10m and £100m.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Undertaking project take-offs accurately and efficiently to produce cost plans and bills of quantities with a high degree of commercial and technical knowledge in accordance with the bid timescales.
• Measuring in accordance with the Standard Method of Measurement 7th Edition (SMM7).
• Using Microsoft Excel.
• Using measurement software such as Bluebeam.
• Using Conquest estimating software.
• Proven ability of reading and accurately interpreting drawings and technical specifications.
