Role Overview

This is an early-career sales opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career at the intersection of institutional finance and digital assets. As a Sales Associate at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will work closely with senior Sales and Solutions colleagues across the full deal lifecycle. A key component is supporting expansion across continental Europe, with a focus on French-speaking markets; fluency in French is a core requirement. Candidates based in London and the Netherlands are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support pipeline generation through targeted prospecting, outreach, and early-stage qualification across core client segments (hedge funds, market makers, prime brokers, digital asset service providers).
  • Participate in discovery and demo calls alongside senior sales team members.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Conduct market and account research to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
  • Support proposal development, workflow documentation, and follow-up materials.
  • Capture and quantify product feedback and feature requests.
  • Build strong product knowledge over time.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a client-facing role, ideally within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or institutional financial services. Strong recent graduates with relevant internship experience considered.
  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets, trading, and technology.
  • Familiarity with digital assets or crypto markets advantageous but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) within a structured sales process.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Coachable, proactive, and thoughtful approach.
  • High level of ownership and self-direction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
